摘要: The effects of superficially applied CeO2, mixed rare earth oxides, Co3O4, and Cr2O3 powders on the isothermal cyclic oxidation Ni-Cr alloys CeO2 MgO Fe-25 wt.% Cr have been studied over temperature range 940–1150°C in pure oxygen dry air. rates both Ni- Fe-base were markedly reduced by application powder. presence also improved scale adherence resulted marked changes morphology. Co3O4 or Fe-Cr produced morphology but did not decrease rate oxidation. These results are interpreted terms influence oxide development microstructure their effectiveness decreasing grain boundary transport Cr2O3.
