摘要: The kinetic apparatus, the acrosome and associated structures, manchette of spermatid domestic chicken have been studied with electron microscope. basic structural features two centrioles do not change during spermiogenesis, but there is a in orientation length. proximal centriole situated groove at edge nucleus oriented normal to long axis right angles elongate distal centriole. tail filaments appear originate from plasma membrane invaginated along filaments. A dense structure which appears deep reflection identified as ring. fine ring has no resemblance that evidence it derived or related centrioles. contains nine peripheral pairs one central pair tubular members each differ density shape: circular, other light semilunar cross-section. processes. consisting tubules cytoplasm older nucleus, neck region, segment tail. spherical young spermatids becomes crescentic and, finally, U-shaped spermiogenesis proceeds. granule observed between nucleus. This later rod interpreted perforatorium.
