摘要: Summary Objective Chronic Lower Back Pain (CLBP) is a major health problem affecting 70–85% of the population in UK. AquaStretch, new form assisted stretching water, compared with supervised land based (LBS) for subjects CLBP looking at pain reduction, kinesiophobia and disability. Method 29 were randomly allocated into three groups, LBS (N = 10), AquaStretch (N = 10) Control (N = 9). Modified Oswestry Low Questionnaire (MOLBPQ) Tampa Scale Kinesiophobia (TSK) questionnaires completed weeks 1, 6, 12. Visual Analogue (VAS) scores collected weekly till week Treatment groups received two 30 min sessions per 12 weeks, control group continued their normal physical activity.
