摘要: The inactivation of simian rotavirus SA-11 and human type 2 (Wa) by chlorine was compared at 4 degrees C using single-particle virus stocks. Both types were usually more readily inactivated pH 6.0 than 8.0 when low concentrations (0.05 to 0.2 mg/liter) used. A complete (5 log) reduction both obtained within 20 s all levels increased 0.3 mg/liter. Slight differences in the sensitivities noted but not considered be significant.
