The Efficacy of Thyme Essence on Internal Organ Weights, Biochemical Traits and Mortality of Broilers Fed Aflatoxin B 1

摘要: A total of 240 day old chicks were used in a completely randomized design to investigate the effects Thyme essence, aflatoxin B1 contaminated diets on internal organ weights, biochemical traits and mortality broilers. Twelve pen replicates with 20 each assigned into 4 dietary treatments having 3 comprising: 1) basal diet containing; 2) + 600ppb aflatoxin; 3) 500ppb essence; 4) 500ppm essence. The addition reduced spleen weight increased liver inclusion essence could only restore weight. Aflatoxin cholesterol, LDL HDL levels broilers blood cold partially reduce these levels.
