摘要: HIV infection is associated with lipid abnormalities in treatment naive patients. CD4 count used for monitoring the infection. Primary objective was to evaluate and correlate profile counts Secondary feasibility of using Lipid monitor infected patients instead counts. 112 were selected based on a criteria from ART center tertiary care center. assessed evaluated enzymatically. A correlation study done between clinical stages Cholesterol showed no significant any stage. HDL-C (p < 0.05) stage 2 4 disease. LDL-C TGL at Hence, can be as indicators status progression patients, while has role play.
