Producing recycle composition paper flake board

摘要: A method of producing dry-process composition paper board from waste paper. Waste is particulated into flakes and the like fragments, conditioned for moisture content, blended with an adhesive such as a synthetic thermosetting resin prior to forming by compression mats which are cured under high pressure temperature form rigid, cohesive flake board. The obviates need sorting, pulping, cleaning purification permits manufacture structural panel boards in small recycling plants.
