摘要: Biliary tract complications are the most common after liver transplantation. These encountered more commonly as a result of increased number transplantations and prolonged survival transplant patients. remain major source morbidity in patients, with an incidence 5%-32%. Post transplantation biliary include strictures (anastomotic non-anastomotic), leaks, stones, sphincter Oddi dysfunction, recurrence primary disease such sclerosing cholangitis cirrhosis. The risk occurrence specific complication is related to type reconstruction performed at time In this article we seek review their relation tranplantation.
