摘要: In solid tumors, leukemias, and lymphomas, increased frequencies of functional CD4+CD25(high) regulatory T cells (T(reg) cells) have been previously demonstrated. healthy individuals, T(reg) consist not only memory but also naive cells, which can undergo peripheral expansion are characterized by a relative enrichment for autoreactive T-cell receptors. Here, we demonstrate in patients with premalignant monoclonal gammopathy undetermined significance multiple myeloma that FoxP3(+) naive, central, effector phenotype as determined CCR7 CD45RA expression significantly expanded. Low receptor excision circles both controls point to the prominent mechanism these cancer patients. These findings strongly suggest increase is response process malignant transformation.
