摘要: Location decisions are of critical importance to all firms. Opening, closing, and relocating facilities require careful planning due the strategic nature these decisions. When customers do not have physical contact with (such as plants, distribution centers, or call centers), demand for products services can be assumed relatively independent location. However, location choices some stores coffee shops, supermarkets, bank branches, restaurants) a direct impact on demand. Therefore, such should made without consideration consumer behavior market conditions.
