摘要: Malnutrition and aflatoxins co-exist in many areas of the world where there is a high incidence cirrhosis primary hepatic carcinoma native population groups.1–6 Despite often referred to association between malnutrition, liver man, relatively few reports have appeared literature describing experimental studies animals. The early Salmon et al.7 described induction nutritional rats which significant number developed cell carcinoma. Later work8 indicated that was neither necessary prerequisite nor concomitant development cancer exposed aflatoxin although may modify response under some conditions.9 Further work using chemically defined, purified amino acid diets10 has shown alone not sufficient induce rats. In retrospect, it seems reasonable assume diet al. contaminated with an additional complicating factor induced by choline deficient possibly interacting carcinogen.
