摘要: Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is an analytical technique that offers the capability of remote sensing, single molecule detection, and detection trace contaminants (in parts per million) with high sensitivity accuracy. Here, we demonstrate a simple economical method for fabricating large area SERS-active tapes are flexible, transparent robust using two-step process. The first fabrication gold nanoclusters on flat chip block copolymer self-assembly followed by directed electrostatic self-organization nanoparticles (AuNPs). second step involves transfer resulting metal onto thermal tape ‘stick peel’ technique. Such substrates facilitate quantification irregular surfaces such as fruit skin, fabrics other non-planar without need to extract analyte. Furthermore, SERS measurements highly quantitative, reproducible process unprecedented has potential towards realizing scale manufacturing low-cost, flexible SERS-tape on-field applications.
