摘要: Assessment the quality of medical services is a crucial strategy to identify strengths and weaknesses providing actionable insights improve healthcare provided cancer patients. In Libya, challenge facilities treatment in systems patients high importance. This study investigates relationships between nurse care, attitude patient, with patient satisfaction using quantitative methodology. this study, total 217 identified at National Cancer Institute Misurata, Libya was assessed for their provided. The scale adopted adapted from that used by previous researchers measure attitude, hospital service quality, on 5-point Likert scale. A comprehensive approach has been used, where framework relates while controlling effects patients’ characteristics conceptualized assess offered said hospital. Descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression were applied analyses. It pointed several important areas enhance analyzing level attitude. result shows significant relationship only possible interactions On an overall basis, it can be concluded increase patients, management should focus improving care carefully monitors
