[Molecular biology of pancreatic cancer: overexpression of fibroblast growth factors].

摘要: In the present study, expression of a acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF), basic (bFGF) and receptor-1 were analyzed in 60 pancreatic cancer samples using Northern blot analysis, immunoblotting, situ hybridization immunohistochemical techniques. aFGF, bFGF FGFR-1 63%, 55% 52% tumor samples, respectively. Twenty-seven tissue exhibited coexpression aFGF bFGF. contrast, 14 did not show immunoreactivity for or cells. The cells had no influence on postoperative survival period, whereas patients whose tumors positive and/or FGF-receptor-1 significantly shorter periods. Our results suggest that may play role behavior contribute to aggressiveness.
