摘要: We have measured the field (B) and strain (e) dependence of critical current (Ic) in Nb3Al conductors, prepared by rapid-heating, quenching transformation (RHQT) technique. The measurements were made using a modified Walters spring (WASP) at fields up to 21 T, 4.2 K. highest given clear Ic versus e curve, which has enabled us evaluate wire's absolute characteristics over wide ranges. data well fitted with empirical scaling laws specifically constants for wires. sensitivity transformed wire is also compared low-temperature diffusion processed wire.
