摘要: The interactions between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and sulfonated metallophthalocyanine (MPc) complexes of aluminum (AlPcSmix), zinc (ZnPcSmix), silicon (SiPcSmix), germanium (GePcSmix) tin (SnPcSmix) are studied using fluorescence quenching BSA by MPc complexes. quantum yields the non-aggregated (AlPcSmix, GePcSmix SiPcSmix) decreased in presence BSA, but increased for aggregated ZnPcSmix SnPcSmix BSA: conjugates were less stable than corresponding constants much higher nature also affected rate (kF, kIC, kISC) deactivation excited singlet state.
