摘要: As we know the cutting tool is an important basic required in metal removal operations for producing components. It not only produces component but also maintains dimensional accuracies, geometrical tolerances and desired surface finish of machined part. Machining manufacturing process to achieve near-net shape, aesthetic requirements. The latest machining using CNC machine tools play a vital role. manufacturers these components expect improve their productivity, quality longer life tools. depends on various factors like used operation, conditions, work piece material hardness wear etc. In order meet all tasks withstand higher forces, thermal resistivity with more resistance. Many reputed organisations globally rich experience research development, invented different ways enhancing optimize rate production reduce cost production, which highly accepted by industry. continuous inventions developing materials coatings improving resistance progress day day. One main pre-requisites successful industrial use coated defined mechanical technological properties. Therefore, development introduction new (new combination hard coatings), it necessary carry out number studies purpose composition processing procedures, test working conditions. The requirement from industry produce faster, better, safety ecologically, force us develop effective innovative technologies. This provides challenge scientists engineers increases importance knowing several scientific disciplines this paper analysis made performance carbide steel AISI 1018. review, tungsten based cemented carbides, were investigated during turning 1018 under dry conditions.
