摘要: Many ecosystems have historically been disturbed, either naturally or as part of a cultural management. Due to loss species result too little disturbance, disturbance must be considered potential tool for conservation and restoration in various ecosystems. In this thesis work, effects on grassland system were studied. The studied had traditionally severely both by grazing animals wind erosion, through agricultural practices. By experimentally disturbing the soil dry sandy grassland, disturbance-induced plant arbuscular mycorrhizal communities grasslands was studied. Ploughing harrowing no pH only small available phosphorous found. A positive effect richness abundance red-listed annuals calcareous shifted towards one comprised mainly early successional species, but during four years study, succession went pre-disturbance state rather than target defined area. It found that functional trait approach evaluate not sufficient fully explain reasons disturbed plots diverge from areas. However, showed increased incidence nitrogen favoured system. using Sanger sequencing it shown ploughing negative mycorrhiza two after disturbance. second experiment, at different site pyrosequencing, small-scale disturbances affect composition fungal 4.5 months disturbances. Carbon flows fungi negatively affected due decreased host plants. summary, organisms grasslands. good options restoring specific type although some wanted annual targets incidence. Mycorrhizal could potentially following with carbon sequestration. Using purposes involves complex responses disparate within same community.
