摘要: Abstract This study examines the impact of using hybrid vehicles for passenger transportation on carbon emissions in Japanese energy system. A partial equilibrium model sector has been developed to forecast changes system out year 2040. The can account technology capacities, fuels, and consumption response policy initiatives, such as taxes. We find that are more efficient reducing dioxide emission than conventional vehicles. Hybrid have a great when BTU taxes imposed, which turn advantage encouraging diverse set technologies fuels.
