摘要: Abstract The synthesis, structure and spectroscopic properties of luminescent Zn(II) complex containing 4-methyl-N-[2-[(E)-pyridinylmethyl]phenyl]benzosulfimide ligand are described. was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. Time-dependent density functional theory calculations at the B3LYP/6-31G∗ level were performed on to interpretation its experimental UV–Vis absorption spectrum. OLED device with as light-emitting layer has been fabricated. electroluminescent spectrum showed a dominant yellow emission 525 nm (Commission Internationale de l’eclairage (CIE) coordinates x = 0.409 y = 0.506) weak shoulder 650 nm without any other distinguishing from host or adjacent layers. fabricated generated luminance more than 1000 cd/m2 16 V, current 600 mA/cm2 rather low turn-on voltage ca. 4 V power efficiency 1 lm/W.
