摘要: Abstract. During the 2003 Tokachi-Oki tsunamigenic earthquake real-time JAMSTEC observatory obtained records which provided a unique opportunity to have look deep inside tsunami source. Considering water column as compressible medium we processed bottom pressure in order estimate amplitude, duration and velocity of displacement. Spectral analysis revealed clear manifestation low-frequency elastic oscillations column. We also presented 3-D finite-difference numerical model developed framework linear potential theory ideal fluid better understand dynamical processes The reproduces position main spectral maximum rather correctly. However, due neglecting crust elasticity lack exact knowledge spatiotemporal laws motion, there is an essential difference between in-situ observed computed spectra.
