摘要: A series of 142 stress fractures caused by sporting activities and physical exercise is presented. 121 occurred in athletes 21 non-competitive sportsmen. Distance runners presented with 68 fractures, skiers 12, sprinters 10, orienteering 9, vaulters 3, football-players 3 fractures. Athletes engaged other events had fewer 76 the tibia, 26 metatarsal bones, 20 fibula, 5 femoral neck, 4 shaft, 2 metacapal lower pubic arch sesamoid bones first MTP-joint. There was one fracture each following: humeral ulna, vertebral L 5, tarsal navicular proximal phalanx fifth toe. The treatment generally a pause training for 4-6 weeks, on average. Running most fractures; rest followed jumping exercises. mostly developed during period alteration from session to another or preparation close competition season. Joggers usually developped 2-4 months after beginning regular training.
