摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual management mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) pancreas. A systematic review performed in December 2009 by consulting PubMed MEDLINE for publications and matching key words "pancreatic neoplasm", tumour", mass", cyst", neoplasm" identify English language articles describing diagnosis treatment In total, 16 322 references ranging from January 1969 were analysed 77 identified. No published before 1996 selected because MCNs not previously considered be a completely autonomous disease. Definition, epidemiology, anatomopathological findings, clinical presentation, preoperative evaluation, prognosis reviewed. are pancreatic mucin-producing cysts with distinctive ovarian-type stroma localized body-tail gland occurring middle-aged females. majority slow growing asymptomatic. prevalence invasive carcinoma varies between 6% 55%. Preoperative depends on combination features, tumor markers, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging, endoscopic ultrasound cyst fluid analysis, positron emission tomography-CT. Surgery is indicated all MCNs.
