摘要: Abstract Freshly prepared N2 and Riebler's paste were implanted in the mandibles of guinea pigs. Fifty-two implants each root canal filling material inserted. Thirteen type removed after 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 12 weeks. Histologic examination revealed extensive tissue necrosis form so-called fixation intra vitam. In cases treated with reached its maximum within week; those paste, days. The damage by also persisted weeks implantation, but necrotic had been largely resorbed replaced granulation without signs bone regeneration. caused unchanged implantation. contact vital produced necrosis.
