摘要: Microtubules, tubular structures of 240 A diameter, are widely distributed in plant and animal cells (for a review see (1)). These organelles present different sites the cell; they make up spindle fibres mitotic prominent axons dendrites neurons. The axonemal complex cilia flagella is composed microtubules; also near plasmi membrane cell endoplasmic reticulum.
