摘要: Abstract Improving energy efficiency in discrete manufacturing environments has been one of the key goals recent research and industrial activities production management, leading to a large still increasing amount different methodologies improvement measures that field (here called “Solution Elements”). Despite growing interest, most these are rarely applied, or implemented an improper manner instead identifying realizing appropriate ones from holistic, factory wide perspective. For coping with challenges flexible, multi criteria step selection process is introduced by which applicability solution elements evaluated for specific environment. The based on approach taking multiple derived current (as-is) situation as well user preferences into account. data gathering extended value stream utilized allows derivation cost drivers. was tested use-case, this paper.
