摘要: This article proposes a staged model of how relevant interpersonal and interorganizational networks can affect the formation survival new entrepreneurial ventures. Focusing on two critical points in venture formation, posits that process requires not only supply appropriate resources, but also specific patterns resource exchanges between entrepreneur, potential their respective networks. The advances existing literature by highlighting importance maintaining entrepreneur’s which embeds.
