Use of scarred flaps and secondary flaps for reconstructive surgery of extensive burns

摘要: We report the usefulness of scar flaps and secondary in surgical repair extensively burned patients. Burn contractures repaired with scarred axial pattern flaps, musculocutaneous fasciocutaneous are described. However, it is our contention that their application should be strictly limited. An example use for reconstruction a ear shown.
