Brief cognitive-behavioural coaching for procrastination: a case series

摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to describe specific coaching skills for procrastination, integrate them into a brief cognitive-behavioural programme and determine the programme's effectiveness through an A-B direct replication series (n=7) with follow-up assessments at three six months. Results showed that post-coaching all participants made significant improvements on scores decisional behavioural procrastination. Gains were maintained follow-up. These preliminary results suggest could be effective time efficient intervention Further evaluations are clearly warranted.
