摘要: Abstract Amorphous As42Se58 films were prepared by thermal evaporation from previously synthetized bulk glass. The influence of the physical ageing, annealing and illumination with white UV light on wettability thin surface was studied. changes in (the equilibrium contact angle) glycerol formamide correlated roughness, structure disorder manifested itself change parameter B1/2 (slope short wavelength absorption edge) or relevant FTIR band width/shape oxidation/hydrolysis. darkening red shift optical gap) observed magnitude depending treatment.
