摘要: RESUMEN Los carbohidratos presentes en alergenos derivados de plantas e invertebrados, algunos casos, contienen epitopes que reaccionan con anticuerpos tipo IgE. Esta reactividad es mediada por la presencia los residuos a) (1,3)-fucosa y b) (1,2)-xilosa unidos al nucleo manosa, cuales estan ampliamente distribuidos pero no se encuentran mamiferos. La exposicion polen a picadura abejas, inducen produccion IgE contra carbohidratos. Estos presentan cruzada estructura similar polenes, alimentos origen vegetal invertebrados. Muchos casos involucrados acompanados sintomas clinicos, sugiriendo dirigidos estos tienen relevancia clinica. producen resultados falsos positivos pruebas diagnostico para alergia alimentos. Sin embargo, Cup 1, Lyc 2 Api g 5 poseen carbohidratos, parecen ser importantes cedro, tomate apio, respectivamente.
