摘要: The methodologies and operational instruments for the assessment of forest governance are still under development. While there some advanced initiatives focused on at international/national scale, relatively few local level. However, assessments would be useful both policy-makers practitioners. paper presents discusses an original set indicators to measure quality administrative/spatial level method used develop them. A draft list (mainly process-oriented) has been formulated with respect seven key-dimensions (sustainability, efficiency, effectiveness, participation, transparency, accountability capacity). This tested in two pilot applications (data collection by means questionnaires). indicators, which include dichotomous continuous variables, can standardized a composite provide concise information about performance. Despite methodological limitations that need further explored, final 78 appears simple practicable tool, either external or internal evaluations. Additional tests needed consolidate tool.
