摘要: The methodologies and operational instruments for the assessment of forest governance are still under development. While there some advanced initiatives focused on at international/national scale, relatively few local level. However, assessments would be useful both policy-makers practitioners. paper presents discusses an original set indicators to measure quality administrative/spatial level method used develop them.
