摘要: Abstract Azapropellanes are of great interest in many disciplines, including materials science and medicinal chemistry. Various synthetic approaches for azapropellanes have been explored; however, the study polyazapropellane skeleton containing five or more nitrogen atoms is rare. Here, we report a simple yet highly efficient protocol synthesis hexaaza[3.3.3]propellane as building block high energy first time. The key reactions include Boc2O-assisted cyclization glycoluril diamine without column purification step full reduction all three carbonyl groups to methylene through combination LiAlH4 DIBAL-H. All structures were confirmed by spectroscopic X-ray analyses.
