摘要: Abstract C57BL6 mice transgenic for a μ heavy chain gene, the VDJ region of which came from BALBc hybridoma 17.2.25, expressed high levels antibody carrying determinants specific transgene (idiotypes). The individual antibodies made by hybridomas mice, however, were generally encoded endogenous genes; in most cases was present but not expressed. endogenous, idiotype-positive had chains that notable frequencies J H 4 (as transgene) and V segments 81X family (unrelated to transgene). expression genes mimicking idiotype suggests rearranged gene introduced into germ line can activate powerful cellular regulatory influences.
