摘要: We review the effect of doping on optical properties luminescent colloidal carbon dots. They are considered as a hybrid material featuring both molecular and semiconductor-like characteristics, where plays an important role. Starting from short overview synthetic strategies, we consider evolution dots precursors to fluorescent nanoparticles, relevant structural Choice reactant materials, dopant atoms reaction parameters provide with varying properties. High chemical stability, bright luminescence customizable surface functionalization open their use in broad range applications, which exemplary presented at end this review.
