摘要: This paper describes three ideal topologies of switched-capacitor converters, taking into account integration considerations and multiple DC voltage ratios. First, the continuous capacitor idea is described, then a Matrix Capacitors configuration proposed. based on rectangular matrices capacitors charging discharging in transposed for achieving input/output ratio. The third topology General Transposed Series-Parallel configuration. modification with discrete number capacitors. parallel brunches series state elements state. suitable fine tuning are compared an ratio 1.1.
