摘要: Abstract The phase formation of carbides and borides during high-energy ball milling has been investigated by measuring the gas temperature inside vial X-ray diffraction studies specimens taken at different stages process. mechanism changes from a gradual process to an instantaneous, explosion-like reaction with increasing intensity enthalpy product formation. Finally, model was developed describe process, determine peak temperatures that are reached in powder particles collisions as well microstructure evolution. Using effective coefficient diffusion calculating evolution continuously growing layer, it possible whether when rapid occurs. tested reproducing times needed for mill.
