摘要: Strain of Lactobacillus useful as probiotics in food and naturopathic medicines which is resistant vitro against hydrochloric acid gastric juices tolerates bile salts without deconjugating them whereas strong assimilation occurring has good survival at the passage through stomach gastrointestinal tract strain growing optimally about 37 °C, paracasei subsp. paracasei, a Gram-positive, homofermentative, rod-shaped bacterium capable producing L-lactic containing three plasmids having size 2.2, 4.36 9.1 Kb, respectively. The invention also relates to composition product consisting or concentrate strain.
