The invention relates to improved retention element within mount that is carried by diaphragm assembly. a truncated sphere and means circular washer fits into recess formed around cavity contains sphere. face protrudes through so it can coact with seat. inside diameter closely controlled this controls allowable travel cavity. retained on crimping edge over outside washer.
