摘要: Interdisciplinary collaboration is key to safe surgical positioning. Although the procedure dictates patient's position, surgeons, anesthesia care providers, intraoperative nurses, and ancillary staff members must work together achieve goal of Correct patient positioning includes provision adequate access site for surgeon assistants. Surgical positions may put at risk injury. Understanding human anatomy, including nerves commonly affected by each can help team prevent accidental irreversible A lack knowledge proper practices result in serious injury, such as permanent paralysis, blindness, tissue necrosis, burns, bone fracture, even death. This article reviews introduces a learning module that involves use mnemonics memory aids perioperative who are techniques.
