摘要: Biological tissue is treated with an aprotic solvent, e.g. dimethyl sulphoxide, to remove water from the render compatible for a reaction polyurethane or precursor. The dehydrated reacted (a) solution derived diisocyanate which diol subsequently added (b) and (c) isocyanate terminated combination of two more solutions (a), (b), (c), using solvent as under inert anhydrous conditions at temperature up 60 o Celsius. recovered rinsed excess polyetherpolyurethane solution, disinfected stored in buffered saline solution.
