摘要: Economics, demographics, life styles and consumer attitudes to food are all tending converge within Europe beyond. The extent which this process progresses has important implications for the strategies of firms organisation management systems throughout Europe. It is also orientation agricultural research programmes in individual countries EU. This paper explores some issues reviews recent literature evidence on convergence. Clearly consumption patterns have become more similar across countries, but big questions remain unanswered: how far will go quickly? suggested that rather than look at aggregate, it would be better consider segments consumers with behaviour ask what such cross national borders size countries.
