摘要: The purpose of this paper is to present an assessment and evaluation model for the prioritization distributed generation (DG) technologies, both conventional renewable, meet increasing load due growth rate in Iran, while considering issue sustainable development. proposed hierarchical decision making strategy presented from viewpoint either distribution company (DisCo) or independent power producer (IPP) as a private entity. Nowadays, DG broadly-used term that covers various technologies; however, it difficult find unique technology takes into account multiple considerations, such economic, technical, environmental attributes. For purpose, multi-attribute (MADM) approach used assess alternatives with respect their technical In addition, regional primary energy attribute also included hierarchy express potential kinds resources regions under study. obtained priority technologies help maker each region how allocate total investment budget technologies. From performed analysis, observed gas turbines are almost best investing Iran. At end process, sensitivity analysis based on state regulations indicate variations attributes’ weights influence alternatives’ priority. This analytical framework implemented seven parts Iran different climatic conditions resources.
