摘要: Recurrent pregnancy loss is a distressing situation causing significant mental impact on the couple, especially women. The aetiology comprises of genetic, chromosomal, immunological, anatomic and endocrinological causes, with ~50% cases having no known definitive cause. Anatomic abnormalities are usually associated second-trimester losses. Surgical correction septum bicornuate uterus easily done throush hysteroscopic resction laparoscopy respectively. Submucous fibroids grade 1 2 amenable to resection. Intrauterine adhesiolysis significantly improves reproductive outcome. Abdominal cervical cerclage through or robotic route has improved outcomes.
