摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter explores the cytochemical and biochemical aspects of in vitro androgenesis higher plants. Three main points are considered—(1) genesis/formation embryogenic pollen grains, (2) variability plants, (3) morphogenetic problems related to androgenesis. The phenotypic physiological recovered regenerated plants reflect either preexisting cellular genetic differences or tissue culture-induced variability. In embryogenesis both these probable, although pollens far more evident due meiosis. is because haploid grains formed after meiosis diploid mother cell. Androgenesis, direct indirect, corresponds a deviation classical “gametophytic type” development male gametophyte. fact creates various androgenesis—(1) primary vectors/agents receptors which intervene during course new program.
