摘要: A capillary electrophoresis apparatus according to the present invention is capable of maintaining an even temperature along length directions each a plurality capillaries and thus stabilizing separation performance enhancing performance. This provided with: thermostatic tank that has heat source, first conducting member, detection window for sample keeps at prescribed temperature; holder holds second member that, together with sandwiches capillaries; unit detecting exhibits within capillaries. The characterized in amount by which source heats least one from among area around end parts greater than other locations are heated.
