摘要: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is an important and potentially life-threatening complication in focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence predisposing risk factors venous patients with FSGS nephrotic syndrome. A total 120 syndrome were enrolled study. confirmed by contrast-enhanced dual-source computed tomography angiography or magnetic resonance venography. Potential clinical laboratory for VTE screened. thrombosis demonstrated 12 (10 %) patients. occurred during first episode 3 a relapse 9 Eight had pulmonary embolism, four renal vein thrombosis, three lower limb deep one cerebral sinovenous portal thrombosis. positive predictive value D-dimer level 22.4 % FSGS, negative 100 %. Of screened factors, higher hematocrit VTE. Other such as proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, platelet count, fibrinogen level, antithrombin III not FSGS. We found that approximately 10 % Most PE. Hemoconcentration development Negative may exclude
