摘要: Abstract A novel flame retardant, poly (1,2-dicarboxyl ethylene spirocyclic pentaerythritol bisphosphonate) (PEPBP) has been synthesized by the reaction of bisphosphorate disphosphoryl chloride (SPDPC) with tartaric acid (TA). PEPBP was used as flame-retardant finishing agent for cotton fabrics. The retardancy samples characterized limiting oxygen index (LOI) and vertical burning test. fabric sample 21.2 wt% a LOI value 33.8, which is 14.4 higher than that untreated sample. treated fabrics have shorter after-glow time, char length no after-flame during thermal decomposition behaviors fabrics, chemical structures morphologies residues were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively, possible retardant mechanism discussed.
