摘要: In the effort of quality assured product design and implementation, a reliable 3D manufacturing variation propagation model for multi-station machining processes (MMPs) is key enabler to evaluate output geometric dimensional quality. Recently, extension stream-of-variation (SoV) methodology provides engineers with tool machining-induced variations, together fixture- datum-induced along multiple stations in MMPs. this chapter, we present generic framework building extended SoV Its application process planning introduced demonstrated detail through case study.
