摘要: An accurate estimation of reference evapotranspiration (ET0) is paramount importance for many studies such as hydrologic water balance, irrigation system design and management, crop yield simulation, resources planning management. Simple regression techniques, may sometimes, provide adequate ET0. Implementation methods considering all the predictor variables may, however, lead to overfit consequent reduction in predictive capability. The models ET0 have been developed present study Tirupati, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Anakapalli Rajendranagar regions Andhra Pradesh, India by following step-wise procedure, eliminating superfluous based on statistical criteria. sunshine hours, wind velocity, temperature relative humidity influenced area. linear terms conveniently be applied selected and, with similar climatic conditions satisfactory estimation.
